Dreich is made by Mike Greig, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. It is licensed to you, not sold. Your use of Dreich is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (the “Apple Standard EULA”), and these terms sit alongside it. Where these terms add detail specific to Dreich, they apply together with the Apple Standard EULA.
Some features require Dreich Premium, an auto-renewing subscription:
Payments, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple under your App Store account and Apple’s terms.
Dreich provides weather information from Apple WeatherKit, presented with a Scottish voice. Features such as the Dreich Score, the midge forecast, and hill-walking and washing guidance are interpretive aids for everyday planning, offered in good faith and “as is”.
Dreich is for your personal, lawful use. Please don’t misuse it, attempt to break or interfere with it, reverse-engineer it except where the law expressly allows, or resell or redistribute it.
The Dreich name, design, wordmark, the Dreich Score, the written phrases, and the look and feel of the app are owned by Mike Greig and protected by law. Using the app doesn’t transfer any of those rights to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dreich is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the app, including any weather, midge, or activity guidance. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and disputes will be subject to the courts of Scotland, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time; we’ll change the date above when we do. Questions? Email support@getdreich.com.
